Simple. Elegant. Defined. White is one of the most underrated colors we can dress in. It can highlight natural beauty unlike anything else. It brings out bright eyes, bright smiles, and bright skin. All my life I've wanted a simple white dress. Tight to the knees. So I made one. And I honestly never thought of myself as pretty before I tried it on. I hand sewed yards and yards of leaf ribbon along the neckline and midriff. The almost neon green of spring made me feel fresh and new. My dark brown eyes popped against the green and white, drowning out their normal dull luster with a wash of gleam. Why have I never seen white in those fashion magazines? Bright colors drown out who you are underneath the glitter. Remember to show your natural shimmer.
